Dear Friends in the Lord's Service,
Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that an International Conference of Vision2020Asia will be held from Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, 2010, at Himcourse Bhavan, Siliguri, W.B. India. Our theme for this conference will be “Understanding the Times" (1 Chro. 12:32). This conference is being organized by the Himalayan Indigenous Ministries in the foothill city of Siliguri, Darjeeling, which is known as the “Most strategic location in the world for today's World Evangelism”. On behalf of the organizing committee, I take great pleasure to invite you all to this great event, coming up very soon.

It is my humble request to all of you to kindly circulate this information among your churches, pastors, staff, professional friends, colleges and colleagues. We do not want to leave out anyone for receiving information about this great program. The early announcement is being given so those wishing to participate can make necessary arrangements for the event and to plan your traveling tickets and other trips.

Note:
No reimbursement of travel fare to anyone.
Registration fee of Rs.50 (approx $1 US) will be charged to everyone.
Food and lodging will be provided free of cost.
If you require special rooms, you will be charged separately; rooms will be Rs.300 to 500 per night ($6.50 - $10.75 US) with three or four beds. Please inform me in advance to arrange your special needs.
