Pastor Rufus joined IGM in 2007. His PEFCOC Ministry, begun in 1980, has been blessed of God.The ministry has four wings: City Baptist Temple of Rajahmundry A.P. (Mother church); North India Missionary Ministry in three Himalayan states - Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Uttarakhand; Kona Seema church planting ministry and PEFCOC Bible College. The ministry is steadily growing in all the places. The  greatest prayer request and need at this time is for a piece of land for a place to run the church, Bible College and Pastor Rufus's residence.
