Oziel and Arcilia Melo joined IGM in 2003. Oziel is the pastor of the church in Rio Grande, Zacatecas. He is a cousin of Enoc Melo and Arcilia is the foster daughter of Edwardo and Adela Abbott. Oziel and Arcilia are in need of prayer and financial support for their ministry.
