Rev. & Mrs. Lubaton joined IGM in 2007. Rafael is the pastor of the Grace Community Baptist Church in North Hollywood, CA. The Lubatons are the Missionary Field Coordinators for the Philippines. The Lubatons are in need of prayer and financial supporters.
