Bible Conference Speaker and Educator
The Lantangs joined IGM in 1992. After Bible training in Dallas, TX, the Lantangs were stationed in Manado, North Sulawesi, to start a Bible school known as Manado Bible Institute. In 2002, God sent a team from a church in America, and through them a vision was born for the Bible school to reach out to areas where Christians are a minority. In 2004 they started a branch school in the island of Bali, then the Bali school spread out to the island of Lombok. Now, after seeing that the training in Bali and Lombok has become established, God is leading Rev. Lantang into a ministry as a Bible conference speaker and small group ministry leader once more in Manado, in addition to his teaching responsibilities.
