donate nowUS Nepali Church Planting

Paul & Stephanie DarnalThe Darnals joined IGM in 2009. They have an established church-planting ministry and K-12 Christian school in Sikkim, India, which was founded in 2003. In the midst of much persecution, they have now established three soul-winning churches. At that time the Darnals moved to California for schooling. Paul completed his Masters' degree in Bible at West Coast Baptist College, Lancaster, CA, in 2008.

God has opened a door of ministry by bringing tens of thousands of Nepali refugees into the US through a resettlement program. Many cities across the US have become new homes to these refugees. Paul’s prayer is that God would now use him to plant Nepali churches in these communities, which will then become sending churches for Nepali missionaries who will return to Asia to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They have already planted one church in Peachtree, GA, and in 2010 moved to Charlotte, NC to begin planting a second church.

Paul also desires to establish a youth ministry which will encourage young Christians in their walk with God and help them to attend Bible college. He hopes to build up a strong force of laborers in God’s harvest through these young people.
