UPDATE - Larque & Roseline Vaye - IGM National Church Planter, West Africa 2/3/12

Repentance Baptist Fellowship, Todee, Dedicates New Edifice

Pastor Vaye speaking at church dedicationThe Repentance Baptist Fellowship in Dworak Farm, Todee District, Montserrado County, dedicated its new church edifice on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Delivering the dedicatory message at a well-attended program, Rev. G. Larque Vaye, Sr. Pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, Monrovia, called on the members of the church to humble themselves, pray, and seek the face of God if He might bless the congregation. Speaking on the topic, "Dedicating the Church of God: Our Duties and God’s Blessings", Pastor Vaye said the purpose for a church building is not for a place for God to live, but for the members to worship and serve God. He said when the members remain faithful to the Lord, He will hear their prayers, forgive their sins and bless their church. Rev. Vaye said the church building will not be fully utilized until the members come to church and make use of the facilities.

UPDATE - Kerry & Terri Psinas, Missionary Field Coordinator, Grenada 2/1/12

Kerry & Terri PsinasDear friends,
We are so thankful for your love and prayers for us!  We returned from the evangelism trip in Grenada on Monday, January 30th.  God blessed in so many ways, but most of all, over 4,000 gospel tracts were distributed and twenty people asked Jesus to be their Saviour!  Praise the Lord!

Kerry’s heart surgery is scheduled for Monday, February 6th, very early in the morning. During a routine checkup, two heart murmurs were discovered, caused by two leaking valves. The doctor recommended that he have this corrected while he is still young. This is the procedure that was scheduled for November, 2011,

UPDATE - Jacob & Prashanti Gaddala, National Church Planter and Educator, India 1/31/11

Jacob Gaddala familyDear supporters and prayer partners,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At last I have submitted the rough draft of my 250-page dissertation. This has lifted a great burden, and is preparing us for the culmination of our six-year journey here in the US. We will soon be ready to start a new chapter in India. I sincerely appreciate all of you who have lifted us up in your prayers and also your faithful financial support, which means a lot to us. I don't have words to express the joy. Before I started the dissertation, I had so many apprehensions about the completion of project on Hinduism. But the Lord enabled me to write the paper, and so far not only have I got an "A" in my research class in summer, but also for the first half of the research writing of the first three chapters in the fall. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

UPDATE - Koffi & Elisabeth Wodome, National Church Planter, Togo 1/27/12

Wodome familyDear faithful prayer partners and financial supporters,

We give thanks to the Lord for the Wonderful things He is doing in our lives. In III John 2, the Bible says. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” Even though this verse does not fall in the category of conventional wishes, we would like to use it to wish you a Happy New Year 2012. May the Lord keep you and bless you abundantly throughout the year.

Ministry news
We started the month of November with some preparation for Christmas. The Sunday school children, along with their Christmas lessons, sketched the birth of Christ, from the angel's announcement to the visit of the magi. These children have never acted out the birth of Christ before and it was so interesting to watch them act, some with great enthusiasm, and some with a kind of timidity.

UPDATE - Sampson & Gillian George, National Church Planter, St Vincent 1/25/12

Sampson George"...as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Josh. 24:15

The confirmation of Joshua to the children Isreal years ago is still a reality today. We do not have wallpaper saying so, but thank God that our house is truly living for God. Our last daughter, Keefia, is now saved and she has an even greater desire to serve God than her brother and sister. Everyone is doing great at this moment.  Keefian got baptized on the first Sunday of December, but she is not yet a member of the local church.
